Seems this 2L conversion is the latest money pit. At first, (years ago offered by Master Thief Joe Hoppen for the MTM stuff) seemed to be not worth the dough. Guess the torque ratings of Audi's latest 2.0 (diesel derivative block?)have motivated the community into action

Are you thinking about stroking or boring to 2L? The only reason I mentioned the octane
was that if I went with a stroker kit i would lower my compression at the same time because I run on bad *** 91 octane here ^_^;;
