what are our replacement clutch options?

My clutch is slipping pretty badly and it's going to need to be replaced shortly. Is Spec the only way to go? I'm not looking for one that can handle 450hp or anything... something that could deal with around 300hp while still maintaining the feel of OEM would be nice.

The Spec 2 with a new OEM flywheel is what I'm running

Totally OEM feel. Seems quite capable of holding 300 hp.

I'm in the middle of a Southbend install ...

Will let you know how it goes.
They will recommend that you get your OEM flywheel resurfaced, a new flywheel (but tell them so they can adjust it to fit - I didn't) or go with a lightened.

I chose not to go with the lightened but a slightly used OEM flywheel. Long story.

cool, that appears to be what i'll go with.

the only other option i really found here was SACHS, and i can't find anywhere to order that one. i won't be lightening the flywheel, i don't like the idea of that. hopefully my OEM flywheel isn't damaged. found the spec stage 2 for $619, that's reasonable.
