Installed Blue Flame exhaust

Got my Blue Flame exhaust from Nige off ebay and installed it yesterday. Took about 1.5 hours and easy to remove old exhaust. The included instructions are helpful, but do not tell you where to cut or bend the heatshield. I just lined it up and traced in the dirt with my finger, then used snips to cut it out. It cuts surprisingly easily.

The hardest part was lining it up. I still am having trouble getting the driver's side tip to line up right and I may have to have a muffler shop bend the pipe a little when I get the tip welded on.

The only other thing I should have done was clean off the flux from the welding joints before driving the car. Tht stuff smokes like crazy when heated up.

The sound is mellow and not obnoxious. The biggest difference I can notice is that the turbo doesn't seem to be as spikey at abour 2k. Much smoother delivery of power. I guess the stock exhaust has a bit tooo much back pressure for the motor to overcome below 2k rpm.

I would definatly recommend this exhaust to anyone looking. Quality is good and you just can't beat the price.
