Default Drive this for a week and realize just how fast your TT is.....

This was my rental car in Italy 2 weeks ago. Since the Alfa I was supposed to have did not come back in on time all they had left was this. I thought it was going to blow up at 160Kph on the autostrada.

Default Yup. Drove one in Spain for 5 days.

Acceleration, braking, handling, comfort and quality all sucked but somehow it was sorta fun to drive. Never did quite figure out why :-)

Default It was fun the first day or so...then I needed more power....

When I got home and jumped into the TT i thought I was driving a Ferrari.

Default Conversely... drive this for 5 minutes and realize just how slow your TT is.

A few years back my buddy let me drive this exact car for about 5 minutes in the open desert of Utah. My TT felt like a slug for weeks afterwards until I got over it.

Default ah, the OTHER "TT" ;)

I find switching between my 225TTQC and 987 to be a world of difference but not so much in speed, more in 'balance' and feel. The 987 feels much lighter and better balanced and the boxer six just screams over 4,500rpm
