Default Question to people with Motive Power Bleeder - Air Pockets in Bleeder's Tube

I used my Motive Power Bleeder for the first time past weekend. Pressure help up; everything bled quite nicely dark fluid with a bit of debris out first then clean one; afterwards brake pedal feels firm; clutch pedal certainly feels a bit smoother. BUT, one thing did not look quite right to me. Bleeder tube never filled uniformly with fluid and all through the procedure I had large pockets of air cleary present in the tube. Things out of the bleeding valves were coming out just fine though - no air bubbles or interruptions. This puzzles me. Sent email to Motive people and was assured that it was normal as "The air pocket that you are seeing in the line is completely normal. You are seeing this there because the pressure is displacing the air in the reservoir with fluid from the tank."

I would appreciate feedback from folks here who are using Motive Power Bleeder - do you guys have air pockets in the line too? Physics is not my speciality obviously. Thank you.

Default Ditto on the "not a problem"

The power bleeder simply pressurizes the reservoir and supplys fluid to it as fluid is depleted by bleeding the calipers. An air bubble fed from the power bleeder would stop when it reaches the master cylinder reservoir. There is always an air space at the top of the reservoir. (At least there should be. don't overfill.)
