Odd. More than a little off on my place, though.
A lot of the info was really old -- for example, years ago, the house was remodeled, changing it from a 2 br/1 bath to a 3 br/2 bath... and that was just the tip of the iceberg.
I wonder where they get their info/how they calculate some of it.
Neat stuff, but not terribly accurate in my case.
