For DRA type spacers they say to tighten to factory specs. Audi = 90#

Agreed; this is what I'm running: 90lb/ft on 25mm DRAs.

ok, so i looked on answers.com for the details on a torque wrench. I looked up the price on sears.com and it was near $1000, did i mess up the search or soemthing?

Go to your local auto parts store. I can't remember how much I paid but

it was well under $100. It was either 60 something or 30 something dollars. Pick up a 17mm socket also, if you don't have one.

Yes, it has a gauge that you set to your desired torque, and clicks when you reach the set limit.
