Default Question on headlamp washer

this is my third time asking this question here. Hopefully this will be the last time.

As I see it, there are two water holes in each headlamp washer. Each hole has a ball-shaped plastic with water hole in it.

one of them popped off for some reason while I was trying it at home. Now I can't get it back in there because the washer is only out for few seconds and then goes right back in.

I tried everything, but I don't have enough time nor steady position to work on it.

Someone from here mentioned that I wear swimming suit on a hot day and have my friend pull it out, but that doesn't work because the washer doesn't seem to stay out too long.

how the heck do i fix this?? Yes I'd love to fix it whether I'm going to use it alot or not.

anyone???????

Default Remove the front bumper cover, you then have easy access to the aliens.

You have to remove the trim pieces under the hood and pull back the wheel well lines.

Under the wheel wells you will find two cap screws (remove with 10mm socket).

Under the trim you find a row of body screws to remove. Under the front end there are two body screws.

Once you have removed all of these the bumper cover lifts off easily. About 30 minutes worth of work.

Default OK, I'll bite. You can lift up the rear edge of the alien cover, pull it back, and the twin nozzle

head will come out about 2". They are on some heavy-duty springs, so it will take some force to open it.
You can then grab onto the nozzle head, and pull it out further, but is in there.

You hafta pull up HARD to get it out.

How you will keep it out is the problem.
You could use a vise grips to hold the shaft out, I would think.
