Just keep it in the car. Lugging a laptop to use the VAG is not always practical or desirable. It's an AUDI/VW specific reader and seems to work really well. For just reading and clearing codes it's fine. Looks like they have a new CAN reader...and probably the reason for the bargain price.<ul><li><a href="http://www.auteltech.com/">More info at their homepage...</a></li></ul>

That was a while back. They may have some IT issues. I tried to get set up as a dealer but the form doesn't work. Email was not responded to. However a friend just ordered a cable from them 2 weeks ago and all was fine. May just be a glitch.
