Is there a way to flush out the oil lines?

Is there a way to flush out the oil lines?
Is there a way to get all the gunk out of the lines? I'm not positive that there will be any buildup but I was wondering if they were easy to flush out.
And do we have any sort of catch can on these things?

MG and Triumph never got much beyond WW2 technology, even in their later cars. I will give them credit for eventually adopting hydraulic shocks, though.

Wow, you have angered Master Schwing! lol. You are in the right place.
And have a beautiful car, btw. Read all you want here, more info than you can ever read. Using some good synthetic oil (Mobil 1 0w40 perhaps? will keep things flowing well (as will driving the car hard). This *is* the howTThingswork site.

I'm using the right oil so I should be good, I drive her pretty hard every once in a while but the clutch is being dumb, so i need to get that replaced.
I'm flipped over 40k so I'm going to get some new plugs... any tips guys?
