Lady I worked with in HI had one. It was a way cool little car.
I kept trying to get her to come out and autocross it, and I'd love to have one as a toy. Pictures don't do it justice. It's a small,sleek, low, purposeful looking vehicle. Looks really good with the top down, too. And I'd much rather have the Isuzu turbo motor than a Renault motor.

If you thought the TT shifter cable ands were bad, these were worse. I ended up swapping the cables for one from a Geo Storm.
The motor is basically the same, but the big difference is how it's hung in the chassis. The whole front end of the car, including engine, tranny was bolted to a raft that bolted to the 'x' shaped chassis. This was supposed to reduce torque steer.
It was a great car. I put over 80k on it and the only time it left me stranded was while it was still under warranty. After that, it was solid.
This was the first car I started modding. It was fun, but there was not much available at that time.
