If anyone can help. Can't find anything in the search...

Do you know of a 12v wire to tap that is only powered while the car is locked with the remote?

Trying to find a wire that only has power while the car is off and locked...

Like the wires going to the blinking LEDs. I'm thinking of wiring up an LED scanner that comes on when the car is armed with the remote.

The LED circuits are very low power and are controlled thru the locking circuit. How much power do

you need? They also pulse, which I'm reasonably certain, you don't want.

Right, the LEDs were just an example. I need 12v constant but only while locked and armed...

good luck...don't think it will be easy to find. You can probably

use a relay to get good 12V, just need to find a good triger for the relay. I'm thinking motion sensor

I think there is a light on the interior lock/unlock button...

...which turns on when the doors are locked.

Unfortunately, I don't know whether it is on when the ignition is off...
