worked great for me with a small leak...
it makes a serious mess of your wheels on the inside, I know shops HATE working with wheels that had the stuff inside, might throw off your balance a bit too. But it worked great for a "in the mean time" kinda repair, not sure how it works for where your leak is though

just bite the bullet and see if it will remount
that fix a flat stuff is so ghetto. I would only use it if I were out in the desert somewhere and was all I had. Just go to a tire shop and see if the tire will remount. If it doesn't you know you have wheel and/or tire damage and it isn't safe to drive on anyway.

Ok for regular tires...performance or low profiles a BIG NO-NO!!!!!!!!
They recommend that you not use it if your tires are Z-rated. (usually performance or low profile)
Used it in an emergency situation since I had no choice. I lost the tire. It became hard and saw a lot of tire dust on the inside. Don't know what caused it but apparently it is bad enough to cause low profile performance tires to fall apart.
