Could someone please direct me to instructions (with pics preferable) for installing

a rear swaybar on an '02 quattro? I've come across instructions before, I just can't remember where. I am more of a driver than a wrencher, but I think I can handle this mod myself.

Also, will I need to get an alignment after? I have coilovers.

I don't think a Gtech would be of much help on a swaybar install LOL!
