Removing manifold: now officially the worst idea I've ever had.
Well, I'm f'd! So I'm about 2 minutes into the reassembly of my manifold after finally getting the injector seat replaced and I just got started reassembling the g-d thing when a throttle body bolt got threaded incorrectly in the manifold. And guess what happen when trying to remove it??? Of course it snapped. So what the F do I do now. Remind me not to f around with a perfectly functioning car again. This project is getting WAY TOO EXPENSIVE!

Screw extractor bit...or drill it out and run a tap through it...
Most solutions you probably won't have the tools for unfortunately. If there's a machine or auto shop or something near by I'd see if you could pay someone to remove it and possibly tap it for you.

go to sears and pick up an easy-out...
also known as a bolt extractor. You'll have to drill into the center of the broken bolt to give the extractor a place to tap into. it has reversed threads and as you turn it counter clockwise it will thread into the hole you drilled and when it bottoms out it will begin turning the bolt. I've used them many times. You aren't the first one

I'll see what happens with the guy @ work. He's got a large shop and a machine guy
he uses regularly who's in Gainesville (not too far for me). He may be able to help me out. If he can't, I'll shoot you a message next week. God, and I just wanted to get this thing done tonight and drive it tomorrrow before heading out of town for Memorial day. Figures...
