What would you use in your lift, Dexron III ATF or 10w non-foaming hydraulic fluid?

Given those two choices by the manufacturer?

Thanks, seems to make sense.

Was trying to research if maybe it was just a synthetic vs natural thing or if it's something more. Haven't pulled up much on the interweb. Going to hit the farm supply tomorrow and get lifted!!

Dexron III has a strong detergent in it. While it sounds like a good idea, it can be problematic.
