One dealer telling me his not pulling up service records w/out owner, second Dlr tells me its just..
...going to be the codes! Second one told me every Dealer has their own system of what the car was serviced on and that they dont have a connected system where they could tell me what and when was worked on. Ok, WTF?! People been telling me they were able to pull up all the records including oil changes...?! Why dealer BSing me? Or who's not right here?
Any explanation here?

I would say the first dealer is right.
It's none of your business how a car you don't own was serviced. Once you buy the car, then you can get the records. Seems like a simple privacy/security matter to me.
I have been told that only service info involving parts gets uploaded to the big Audi database in the sky. So if they don't replace any parts, there may be no records available to other dealers. But an oil change includes parts, so you would see that.
