my DSG tranny got confused ???? - anyone else experienced this?
today however after backing out of a parking space and placing the shifter in drive the transmission appeared to have no idea what to do
first the car wouldn't move then it would move but not shift so it stayed in first
then I moved the shifter to shift with the paddles but still no joy
I then stopped, turned off the ignition and restarted the car and everything was fine
anyone else experienced this kind of behavior?
seems more like a computer issue rather than the transmission itself
Have you asked an Audi service rep about this?
BTW, love the blue top on your roadster....goes nice with the silver, prolly a real eye catcher!
