Remember when we discussed what lower retail values would do the TT?
I think we're starting to see that now...
The lower cost of the vehicle has made them available to a different demographic than the one that had been here (and largely, is still here) before.

People who bought their car for $40k (or therabouts) are more likely to treat it accordingly.
Those who bought theirs for the same price at which they could purchase a Civic, say, probably will not hold it to that level.
I think there's going to be a shift to a younger demographic as prices fall, and while I welcome some zeal and exuberance, I don't like a lot of the stuff that comes with it.
I have found the more 'mature' crowd in the Audi forums to take better care of their vehicles, be more meticulous about their mods and maintenence, and be less likely to get arrested.
