Looks like our TT is almost 100% back, except for the damn ESP :(
But in preparation for a track event this Friday, I finally removed my hacked junkyard intake plumbing and custom built a couple of pieces. I also finished the exhaust, and installed the remanufactured MAF I had in store for many many months. My MAF was definitely bad as it always peaked at 160 g/s.
This morning, I also swapped the lateral sensor (Yaw) which the VAG-COM said wasn't working, but that didn't fix the ESP and the problem. Still there
In any case, I did some logging on the way to work this morning, but as there was so much traffic, I can barely hit 6K in 3rd gear so, I'll have to do it again later.
However, I got a few consistent readings over 5K RPM and this is my highest g/s I've recorded ever - 210g/s @ 5600 RPM, 2380 pressure @ IC = 19.7 psi @ 5600 RPM, Intake temp = 105F and timing at 10.5 degrees. Funny is N75 dutycycle is only 68% - Hello MBC

yeah, that's an old pic. I actually wrapped the thing in vinyl, but haven't gotten back to it yet
to figure out the mounting and details. I also just wired up the boost gauge and A/F, but I'll probably just zip tie the boost gauge (it's electronic, so no hose to worry about) next to the camera just for the track event.
