Is it possible if the dealer is changing the codes for
the door locks, so that it locks once over 15MPH and also the code to roll the windows down/up using the keyless entry to mess up the APR chip or anything like that, without them knowing it's been upgraded?

I have an APR ECU upgrade. I checked with the dealer on changing a few codes in the computer, so that A.) the doors will automatically lock after the car reaches 15MPH and then will unlock once you take the key out of the ignition and B.) you can hold the unlock button the keyless entry and it will roll the windows down(before you get in the car) and you can hold the lock button and it will roll them up.
I am wanting to know if they can somehow erase the APR ECU upgrade when they go in and change those two codes? Sorry for the confusion.
