Step two complete on the engine cover...................
First step was done about two weeks ago:

Next step you guys may not like, but oh well, somewhat of a play off OSIR cover plate:
Cleaned and taped:

Template for marking some holes:
There is a thin black tape under the masking tape you don't see, that's why the edges look jagged.
