Continuous blinker noise.
I keep hearing the blinker noise even though the blinker is off (no arrow lighting up). Some times the noise comes on when I start up the car. Its rapid sometimes and random other times. Could it be the fuse going bad? TIA

Fairly common problem. If you are on warranty, the dealer should remove the radio, replace the switch and reinstall the radio all for free under warranty.
If you are not on warranty, do a search on this site. Steve Schwing once posted a picture of the special tools needed to extract the radio. The switch itself should not be that costly. You could replace it yourself and reinstall the radio probably for less than a dealer would charge.

could be the hazard, but wasn't for me........
i replaced it, and the damn thing still ticks sometimes. i think it is the turn signal stalk, but i'm going to just live with it. to replace the stalk, i wuold have to pull the airbag and steering wheel. no thanks.

I had the same symptoms and problem. The dealer replaced the hazard light switch first. That didn't solve the problem so they replaced the turn signal stalk and the problem went away. The hazard light switch is the easiest to replace. If that doesn't fix it then its most likely the turn signal stalk. Good luck.
