BOOST QUESTION
I'm wondering if the benefits of changing boost on a stock 225 are worth it. I guess if boost were to change from 14psi to around 20psi, I should have an increase of HP by about 25hp (theoreticaly). But with the higher boost, isn't the air going to the engine going to be hotter and less dense, therefore not increasing the hp that much?
For people who have only increased there boost level, is it worth it. Do you feel a big difference and feel its worth putting the extra strain on your turbo system?

Ummmm, yes
That's the main benefit of "chipping" your car and why our engines are so tunable. There's plenty of power there yet over the stock mode. Find one of the main chipping companies (APR,GIAC,REVO,Dahlback,etc) that is close to you and get Boosted. You won't be disappointed.
Search for more info on the different programming options but all are fairly similar and equally impressive when compared to stock.

No one who's ever chipped has...>
Ever regretted it. It's about more than boost. Timing, Fueling etc. are all optimized for better performance. It's not that hard on the car. Yes, you'll make more heat...that's a function of compressing air. Depending on how you drive, or the measures you take to deal with the heat, will determine how much power is lost to higher temps.
