How do I measure the size of a wheel with a ruler?

Default How do I measure the size of a wheel with a ruler?
Sounds dumb, but I forget the size, width and offset of some rims I got a year ago (they're 5x112, sorry). I need to post them for sale, and i figure that information might be useful to disclose. haha.

I know usually you either just know, or look at the tire size.... but if there's no tire on the rim and it's not stamped with anything on the back... how do you measure the size of a rim? Also is there a way to measure offset?

Are they still available? Maybe a site that sells them would give you the offset specs.

Default yeah, I think so... more important I need to figure out the size and width tho..
offset I know they came off of an S4, so I think I can just say that...

Default Not sure how they measure that, maybe to the first inner lip, my 17" measure.....
18.5" diameter and my 16's measure 17 1/4" to the outside edge, widest diameter.

Default 225/45 tires standard fat five wheels, hard to tell with the tire on but.......
width of wheel, widest point aprox 8 inches
