oh oh - no shop for me .......
Kinda long story but the short version is:
About 2 months ago, I decided since the shop was not open yet, and the car wash has some debt and their was no income opportunity so I was forced into getting a job, and since I got a job now, my partner stated that he did not want to be partners any more if I left (which I HAD to because I have a wife and kids - and he does not) - so basically I am out lots of cash.
There was no real paperwork done, it was a verbal agreement.
Live and learn!
More or less, it was a $40k mistake, and all I can do is HOPE that I get my money back.
