what is the point of SSQV recirculation? There are better and cheaper valves for that

Default It started off with me wanting to avoid the norm >>

Then I ran into a couple of drivability quirks I didn't like. So I recirc'd it. Cost is of no concern which is why I always follow the beat to my own drum. Nothing wrong with experimenting anyway.

Default Do you have a BPV relocation kit or is this mounted on the stock port location?

What driveability issues did you have?

I assume you got the HKS for it's unique sound. Sad to see it muffled when you can make it work.

Default That wasn't due to a pipe wrench. >>

ECS sent me this one with a crummy bracket attached to it. So I cut it off and took a dremel to it.

If I had used a pipe wrench you would be able to see the gouges from the teeth. But you probably could have figured that out. Here's your Sign!!!

Default No need to relocate it. I just attached it to the left side >>>

I had a little bit of a surging affect because of it. The ECU was trying to make some corrections I assume due to the loss of Air that normally would have been recirculated with a DV. Plus I ran a little rich as well.

I researched for months and everyone always went with the DV. I hate being a follower. ECS claimed they didn't have any problems so I tried it. I didn't partcularly like the little quirks so I changed it. No big deal.

Default Surging is because you have to close it tight enough so it won't open at idle or cruising.

Because of this, you get improper boost relief at low boost levels.

But look at my pics to see that I have both

Because a BOV works, and works well if done right.

Plus it sound hella cool
