The funny thing is, there HAS been a serious ban on them, as "apparently"
they are a health and safety issue as they can quite easily come off and hit a pedestrian / motorcyclist.....blah, blah, blah...
Our Government are banning everthing at the moment. I read in the paper today that a 60 year old lady was banned from taking a "homemade" cake into an old people's home as it was her friends 93rd Birthday. When asked why, she was told it's a "hygiene issue" due to the fact that it could cause illness and harm as they don't know under what conditions it was prepared. If you want to take a cake in, you'll have to supply one which has been bought from a supermarket !!......LOL

What is the world coming too ?? They said today that teachers
are no longer aloud to confiscate things from children as they are "personal items"...Plus, they can no longer frog-march children to say the head-teacher's office, as this is too aggressive...
