I keep tearing up diaghrams in my Forge DV-R. Even the new grey one.

I keep tearing up diaghrams in my Forge DV-R. Even the new grey one.
Any one got any ideas, I'm on my last one and it's not the reinforced one. I switched to the yellow spring from the green spring today too just to see what was up. The yellow seems to hold more boost where the green spring let go. Please let me know about anything that you guys might be thinking, even if it's "you need to change back to the green spring, etc."

I ripped one of those too after numerous DV-R diaphrams...
Hsd to send it back to GReddy to get repaired. Haven't reinstalled it yet, when it goes back in it will have an even bigger task ahead of it holding back Stage 3 power.

Haven't heard of anyone else having issues. And GReddy replaced the diaphram without issue, was just a pain to be without it for nearly a month.
I did have some issues with my DV-R in that the threads were a little chewed up and it didn't always get tightened completely. It's held good as the replacement since I found that out.
Hopefully my GReddy was defective and I won't have issues from here forward. Or maybe there is something in my "Stock" setup that will go away once I install the Stg 3.
We'll see.
