Changed the Haldex filter without too much trouble, but concerned about the fluid...
Think it was time to change the filter?? At least it was the newer style that was in there.

I drained with the drain plug, pulled the inspection plug, let it finish draining, and replaced the drain plug. Is all the fluid from the canister supposed to go in there??? After getting most of it in, it just kept draining out. My left arm is all greasy now. Is this normal?

Well...
as a matter of fact I am. Packing up the house down here this week, off to Mazatlan next, and then packing up the PODS container the following. I'll be up there the weekend of the 1st. I've not been there myself, I was going to do some diving down there, but
after checking around it's pretty much a consensus that the diving sucks down there. So I guess I'll have to settle for margaritas and shrimp cocktail for a week. Don't worry about me, somehow I'll make do
