To help with some questions and confusion, I am posting an application chart from Audi N.A. for these tuners. The chart lists which cars need additional hardware and which parts work in which cars.

Note the chart tells at the very bottom that the "E" and "D" tuners are for cars equipped with Nav or TPMS. If no letter or "A", it is a tuner for cars without Nav or TPMS.
