I was wondering if 4 guage car audio wire was sufficient for battery cables. (Not for the TT BTW)
I'm just curious. I'm doing a custom restoration on a 65 mustang fastback, and I trust you guys more than anyone. I just want my power wires from the battery to the starter and the chassis ground to match my power wires to my amplifiers. (I have no battery cables yet, so it's not like i'm going to be switching them, it just depends on which I buy.) Thanks guys.

But are you relocating it any? 0 guage is used for battery relos cos of the longer run.
The different insulation is due to harsher conditions in the engincompartment vs your doors or whereever speakers end up.
