Alignment Issue: car is on machine and they can't get toe in spec...
just had bilsteins/eibach/kmac installed. camber is fine... but they can't get the rear toe even close.. right now it's sitting at +.37 on both sides ... any ideas what to look for/check on?
could something possibly be bent?
that probaby explains the inner tire wear as of late too

Adjust the toe by...>>
Moving the trailing arms via the slots at the pivot point. If that isn;t enough, put a full set of Kmacs on, not just the lowers.

That's your problem. They go on the bottom. By pulling the bottom in, the Toe stays in better spec. With Eibachs you should be able to dial it to spec with no problem (1/2 kit on the bottom)

question re: reusing/moving bushings..
now that the new bushings are on the TOP arm is it going to destroy them to take them back out again? and i assume since the old ones were pushed out they should not be re-used again either correcto?
meaning.. i would need to have them replace the top bushings when the pull the KMAC bushings out and put them in the BOTTOM??
