How can I tell if my N75 is busted?

I did a search - seems that not many have had the N75 fail on them. What are symptoms of it going whacky?

take it apart and see if the piston sticks?

No boost. Or rather minimal boost. If you unplug it & notice no change, it's dead.

I had one go, but it was a preowned 'Race' valve. They seem to be pretty reliable.

it's been busted. Sorry Bryan couldn't resist, hope you get all this figured out. Is the dealer no help?

Haven't tried the dealer. But I have a feeling that all they'd tell me is "Well, you aren't supposed to get it chipped or change the DV, or add Modshack stuff, or....." Damn dealer...
