Rt80 run in with Mercedes Benz....letters of V12 & AMG...>>>

well you know how that went!
He gets on the road and hits it. I drop to 5th and by the time I'm at ~5K I'm not doing so bad........
He's not getting ahead. Probably because any additional acelleration would be fool hearty given the other traffic (At 600hp...I'm sure he could've gone if he wanted to)
Then at >100mph he changes lane left then right and he's gone! The road holding ability of that car was unreal! Solid as a rock! With my foot to the floor my car floats and woobles just going straight! And that's with KW3's and lotsa other stuff.
Well....I guess if I owned a car that cost well into the 6 figures I'd expect to go like that. Finally caught the guy and exchanged a wave.

Reminds me of the time that a certain BMW came up next to me at a light with....

the letters "M5" and "Dinan" emblazoned on the tail. That would have been a complete massacre.

indeed..this Merc is ~ 6liters and twin turbo. Like that Dinan M5, far beyond the usual suspects

if a honda riced up rolled next to you would be a similar comparison. He is starting with SO much more....

Now come winter time...different story....on a long trip...gas mileage you would own him....and, no droptop....choices, choices...;-)

not a back road car....but I have few back roads>>>

The pose of that car changing lanes at triple digits was inspiring! My car was no match...not close. Bet he'd have me even on the twisties....TT not exactly a handling dream.....kind of flexible...especially the convertible
