Default To anyone keeping track, wilwood's brake kit

not the RPI 13" kit, saves just about 30lbs of unsprung weight (14lbs/side vs. 29lbs/side). the difference in steering response alone makes the upgrade worth it!!

Default oh...so it is a weight reduction kit? are the rotors at least 2 piece?

I dont mean to come off like an ***, but I am not sure why i would want to reduce my rotor surface area.
i am searching their site, but i have yet to see TT applications.

they have floating rotors and 4 or 6 pistons, right?

Default I would assume there is some feel and modulation improvement due to better calipers, but....

yeah the swept area reduction is a bit of a turn-off for me since a brake upgrade would be done solely to reduce fade on the track (which I've never felt with stock calipers/rotors and upgraded pads).

Default 4 piston for the TT>>>

and reducing the rotor area in this application is not all bad. The OEM rotors are not as thick as the wilwoods..Now i have no conclusive evidence that one offsets the other...only my experience with the RPI setup..(yeah, i know it is larger)...

My only bitch with the setup is the pad they send with it..way too agressive. The Ferodo DS2500's are amazing...albiet a bit dirty...but totally worth it!

pedal feel should be better, and going to a 2-pc rotor should definitely help with the fade issue (yes I've faded the stock setup at the track..). We'll see how this setup does at the track next weekend!
