Rattling behind HVAC/Radio Controls

Rattling behind HVAC/Radio Controls
When I turn on my car (engine start), I hear a consistent rattling/ticking coming from behind the HVAC or Radio controls. The sound is less when the A/C is off, but not by very much.
Nothing seems to be loose, and the rattling doesn't vary by speed.
Anyone else have this issue?

"I believe it pulls air into the climate control head so it can determine whether it needs to blow hotter or colder air. I've heard that you can rip the fan out completely and it'll still work, but it'll be slower to react."
