Going to be doing the Forge FMIC install very soon...
Ps. I'm super excited because my car is about to undergo a pretty major metamorphosis. In addition to the FMIC, I'll also be doing clear corners, de-badging the rear, and fabricating a mesh grill and valance very similar to Schwings (using a Caractere grill).
Pps. That stainless mesh is not cheap!
FMIC: Have a vise, grinder, drill, marker and sharp blade (for cutting hose) available. The FMIC is oriented with notches in the tanks facing UP. Position the intercooler so that the inlet tube is vertically centered between the bumper bracket tow hook tube. This allows enough room for the hose to slide on and you don't have to make any modifications to the tow hook tube. The brackets provided with the kit support the upper part of the FMIC. You might have to bend these brackets to line up with the upper FMIC brackets. As for the lower FMIC brackets, you may have to enlarge the holes to be able to line them up with the holes in the Radiator bracket. I had to bend mine a bit as well. But be careful if bending because you don't want to damage the FMIC. Make sure the FMIC is spaced far enough outward so that it doesn't tap against anything behind it. You don't want any noise form vibration. Once the FMIC is positioned, test fit your aluminum bumper to see if it hits the FMIC. Use a marker to mark the areas that need to be trimmed off the bumper to clear the FMIC. Use a grinder to grind down those areas. I ground it down enough for about 1/4" clearance.
Hoses: The aluminum hose coupling/adaptor is used on the right side (passenger). I don't remember which hose went to which side, but that should be easy to figure out. Test fit both hoses. If you're not keeping the aliens, position of the hoses isn't critical. If you plan to keep your aliens, make sure the hoses are positioned as close as possible inward, towards the radiator support. Test fit the bumper cover to see if the aliens are crushing the hoses. If the aliens crush the hoses, push the hoses in further. If they won't go any further, you may have to trim the hoses with a blade. I had to trim both my hoses by 3/4". I also had to grind part of the radiator support hitting the hose to avoid the aliens crushing the hose.
Horn & temperature sensor relocation: I used andrew.TT's post as a reference. See link below.
I'll try to take some photos tonight and email you so you get a better idea of what I'm talking about.

new location horn & temp sensor
