Further weirdness from after run pump and fuse #16. Pls help if you can!
Ok, as I noted earlier my after run pump magically came on after I re-inserted fuse #16. I thought that fuse wasn't inserted properly and that was causing the problem. Well, I took the car for a spin and after shutoff noticed that again pump wasn't working. I re-inserted the fuse and again, pump not working, BUT I noticed something interesting. When I remove fuse #16, both fans come on and stay on untill I put the fuse back. This seems very strange to me. This is with the car shut off. I am really stumped here. I think it's because you always have +12V going to the switch, and the thermal sensor simply switchs
ground.
you will get some amount of voltage on a meter, if you connect to the hot wire.
That's why you are gettin .25 of a volt.

but if I'm not getting +12 after shut down, then problem is not in the pump, but rather in
ellectrical side of things. Correct?
I'm thinking either relay or fan control module. Could you point me to the location of the fan control module?
