Suspension noise, likely a sway bar >>
Dealer called and said that my rear suspension noise is from a bad sway bar bushing.
Now, I'm a bit skeptical for a couple of reasons. It has Neuspeed bars (front/rear). It doesn't seem likely that those polyurethane bushings wear out, but maybe the brackets around the bushings are worn?
I also suspect that once they see an aftermarket part, they blame that immediately. I'll know more when I get the car back, hopefully tomorrow.
If I do need to replace the bushings, where can I get these? I'm not sure if it's a 19 or 22 mm sway bar, since they were already on the car when I bought it.
These parts were on the car when I bought it there a couple of years ago. I could press the issue and try to get them to fix it under the CPO warranty, but I'd prefer these over the OE parts, even if I have to do the repair.
Is it likely that the bushings are the culprit? I'd think they'd be pretty durable.

Also, you might want to consider doing the "grease fittings" mod that I think either Steve or others here have done. They tap a hole in the top of the sway bar mounting strap and attach a zerk grease fitting at at 90 degree angle in addition to "dremeling" a pocket in the bushing to hold the grease (see below for one post...search and you will find a few others). It works similar to what some of the other manufactuers like H-Sport and others do with their sway bar kits. This might keep the bar greased a little longer and allow the bushing to wear better assuming that this is your problem.
BTW, I think the only difference between the Neuspeed and the OEM bar besides the thickness is that the OEM bar has rubber bushings which I would think are just as susceptible to wearing out if not more than the poly bushings you have.

clickee
