Default What do you guys think a fair price for my 3.2 TT would be????

2004 3.2 TT with only 14,000 miles on it. I bought the car new from Sunset in Portland, OR. It has 18 RS4 wheels, Bose, Nav, heat seats. I pretty sure all option you can get on it. Silver with grey interior. Would like a red interior but it would cost to much to change.

Upgrades. ( Blisten PSS9) Full adjustable height and damping, Mintex's red pads, Goodridge SS lines. Blue brake fluid. Neuspeed rear sway bar. Painted the caliper red for better braking. Tinted windows, Smoke side marker & a Audi Ipod connector not yet installed. All with in the last couple of months. Spent $3,300 on parts and labor.

I love the car very much but I got the racing bug. My TT is to nice of a car to be racing at the track. Some thing got to go. (per the wife) Will buy old 92 to 95 S4 and a track car with the money. I might wait if I don't get a fair price. No fire sale here.

Default The iPod connector you have...connects to the H/U or the changer?

If it connects to the H/U I may be interested.

No idea on price for the car but don't expect to get your mod money back in the sale unless you're lucky enough to find a buyer who values the mods. You may be better off putting the stock suspension back on for a sale.

It goes in place of the changer. You can't use the changer but when have 4,000 songs, who cares.

Default Thoughts and YGM...

Seems like TT resale values have taken a real beating in the last 12 months. I had one dealer (trade-in, so judge accordingly) recently offer me $22K and another suggest around $26K on my 04 225C with ~22K mi. That's after I paid $32K a year ago. *Groan*

Then, if you missed it yesterday, a member here posted his 05 225C for sale at $26K. If I could short the TT market right now, I would.

As many have posted before, mods appeal to a small but enthusiastic (and attractive) crowd who like to make a vehicle "their own," but mods generally go unappreciated by the buying public. So, other than your own enjoyment, mods tend to have a low return on investment, tragically.

Stuff you probably already know.

Still, the 3.2 still seems to command a premium to the 225, and yours looks to be pristine. Good luck with it.

Default You can't use the changer with either version. It is an ease of install issue for me.

The H/U option means you just pull the H/U out and attache the cable. The changer option involves removing interior panels and is more effort than this is worth to me. Make sense?

Send me an email when you decide on a price. I am in PDX looking for a 3.2.
