I just ordered 17" RS4 Replicas for my TTQ and the center caps.......
that are coming with them are a 2 tone chrome/gun metal color. Where can I get the regular silver ones that will fit my wheels?

No. RS4 OEM caps have to be modified to fit RS4 Replicas...>>>
And not all Replicas are necessarily the same. If your 17" RS4 Replicas are from Hartmann, then Hartmann can sell you caps, modified or unmodified. Clair Parts has them too.
Do a search. CWKMarin did numerous posts about RS4 center caps and modifying the fins and wiring the ring clip in place and using liquid rubber insulation on the tabs so they stay in place.

But first, you have to determine if your Replicas are the same as those from Hartmann relative to the center cap area. If they differ, then it may require a variation on the modification.
Where did you order the wheels? If not from Hartmann, maybe you need to verify from your supplier if OEM center caps will fit.
