Surging/stuttering issues. Bad MAF?
I bought a 2002 180TT Roadster a couple of months ago and begin modding it a couple of weeks ago. There was no issue before the modding.
First, I had it chipped with a GIAC flashload. There was some stuttering and a honking DV, which I replaced with one from Evolution Motorsports. It cured the honking and reduced the surging a bit. I added a VTDA last week which helped a bit as well, at least for a little while.
Now I'm getting fairly bad stuttering and surging in the 3500-3800rpm range. It's most evident at partial throttle (<1/2) when cold and in 3rd gear. I feel it some in 1st and a bit more in second, forth, and fifth. At WOT it's not nearly as bad and almost non-existent. I'm not getting any engine codes.
Any ideas?

It's usually only under part-throttle and I think always in that range.
Plugs should be ok, but I'll check them later today. There are a little less than 29k miles on the car, so they should be ok I'd think. At full throttle it's not nearly as bad as 1/4 throttle, which I find odd.

-7% part throttle is a rich correction.....>
Doesn't look like a weak MAF from that number. Bad Maf's are usually well into the + numbers.
