Tried out some new tires...

I've used Kumhos but this is the first time I've tried the Kumho Ecsta SPTs. It's only been a few days, but so far I'm favorably impressed. The price is only $85 each before a $40 mail in rebate at Tire Rack which brings the cost down to a reasonable $75 net per tire.
Here's a tip for anyone interested. Discount Tires aka America's Tire will price match the Tire Rack. So their usual price is $136 per tire, but the price match knocks $204 off of a set of 4 and they offer free rotation for the life of the tire.

Having 4 Kuhmo Ecsta MX's for $97 by Discount Tire mounted on Thursday.....
This will be after running the last 2 sets of S03's. I have never been happy with how the S03's have done on my TT on AutoX's. Guessing I only got about 20-25K on the S03's and they are nearly down to the wear strip.
Kuhmo is running the $40 back deal.

Hmmm, all of the San Diego area stores (and most other areas) price match. That kind of sucks. Maybe there's another Discount Tire/America's Tire store in your area?
