I have a lot of kluncking at low speeds coming from the drivers side, I started to get this problem

after the KW coilovers were installed. Could it be the CV boot? I changed the CV boot but I saw a lot of grease around so the clamp was tightened more. I still think there is enought grease becuase there was tons of grease in it when it was replaced 2 weeks ago, maybe 1/2 of a cup of grease per cv boot. Any thing else I shoud look for, like a bushing?

Thanks for any suggestions ahead of time, it is driving me crazy. And by the way there is no noise on the passenger side.

Are the left front wheel bolts tightened and torqued to 90 ft/lbs?

and re-do it. You screwed something up. "what" is the question...

Check to make sure the strut is torqued down correctly...

so that the strut bearing and other top side components are not loose.

You're probably on to something there, as torqueing the KW's is rather difficult with nothing to

hold the shaft from turning. There is an ajustment screw at the top where the OEMs have the allen bolt.
