Default looking to get back into a TT (found one)

I sold my TT around 2 years ago,,, and have always regretted it. I'm looking to buy another TT to use as a daily driver and then replace my M3 with a completely different car...
Here's the deal. I really want one in Aviator Grey. Below is the link to the dealership selling one. It's fairly modified, with H&R Coils, 19" Centerline forged rims, FMIC, intake, upgraded hoses, etc.... BEAUTIFUL car.
However, when I took it to my local tuning shop (Matrix Integrated),,,, they found a lot of oil in the coolant reservoir along with another oil leak somewhere else. The seller has offered to pay to have all issues taken care of by the local Audi dealer (Sunset Imports). Here's my question,,, when oil is in the coolant, it's obviously all the way through the system by this point (god only knows for how long). Even if Sunset Audi repairs everything (could be head gasket, could be oil cooler, etc.) and flushes ALL the fluids, I'm assuming that there is some damage that is irreversible... Any suggestions?

http://tinyurl.com/gh2n9</a

Default I'm not feeling it.

Nice low milage is nice. Nice to get some mods already on the car if they are what you'd put on yourself if you had to do it over. I wouldn't take the mods into consideration when evaluating the price of the car. And even ignoring the oil/coolant issue it still seems to be priced higher than it should.

Default Darn! That looks like Brad's (Gokart3) old car....>>

Pretty heavily modded and welll taken care of, at least when he owned it a few years ago.
On the oil issue, several things could cause that....Something as simple as adding Water Wetter to the coolant. Same thing happened to me. It reacted with the G12 coolant and looked just like oil blobs in the bottle. Had the car pressure tested and flushed and all has been well since. Hopefully it's something simple like that, though the oil cooler and head are suspects too. The pressure test will rule them out or confirm. Email me for Brad's email address if he doesnt pop in here. I'm sure he would be glad to tell you about the car..

More pics of the car and mods...

Default that's definitely it... I got an email last night from JohnLZ7W

And he confirmed that it was Brad's old car... From what I understand Brad was INSANELY **** about this car. Which is exactly the type of seller I would love to buy from. But there have been 2 different owners since him.
A couple of bad things:
1) When we pulled off the belly pan,,, there were 8 ROCKS under there. Not gravel but larger than golf ball sized rocks.... That bugs be.
2) There was a single small sharp rock "stuck" in the serpentine belt. We pulled it out, and checked the pullies,,, which were fine. Serpentine belt definitely needs to be replaced.
3) Tires had ZERO tread on them.
4) Oil leak in crank case hoses.
5) Oil in the coolant reservoir
Again,,, they're offering to have all of these issues fixed,,, but I don't want to buy an abused car.

Default Check for any other damage.....>>

The rocks aren't a good sign, and the headlights are now different but he may have swapped them with someone before the original sale (John?)

The other issues are relatively minor (cept the oil in the coolant pending the pressure check).

Brad was incredibly **** BTW...:-)

Default headlights were swapped due to front end damage caused by owner #2

The rest of the stuff they found on the car makes it sound like it was abused beyond that. I don't think the 3rd owner had the car for very long, I seem to remember Brad talking with him not that long ago.

Default My oil cooler failed at 15K and filled the coolant system with oil....

Dealer replaced and flushed out the system twice and had no problems since (now at 75K). I wouldn't worry if the seller will fix it.

Default within the next 2-3 months. however, if I find a perfect daily driver,

I'll probably sell it sooner so I can be more motivated for a garage queen.... I'm considering a 996 TT or a new Viper.
