Default Haven't witnessed great things from them yet..

Among one of my orders, they sent me clear OSIR corners instead of the smoked ones I ordered (I had to spray smoke film on it since I didn't have time to return it).. and in my friends package they gave him a non-working Angel Eyes unit (might've been just the bulb though) and since we were all doing the headlight mod it was either find a replacement then and there, or don't do the Angel Eyes mod.

Default me either, only ordered from them once, placed my order, 2 weeks go by...

so I figure an e-mail is in order asking where my TT stuff was!=P I get a quick reply back that they were backordered on one of the items and were expecting it in the very next day.
Now I can understand something being backordered but they should have told me that when I placed the order and ofered to ship the other items right away (especially for the huge amount that they charged for shipping 3 items that weigh about 2 lbs total) oh and of course I was billed within minutes of placing the order and NOT when they got the part in stock.

Needless to say for future purchases if I can get the item elsewhere, I will.

Default I have used them probably 6 or so times for various items.......

and have always had quick deliveries and responses with no issues. Always good support from my experiences.

Default they were slow to ship some things out to me...thought ECS was better with the vast amount

of stuff they carry for the TT. just better service experience for me, IMHO.

Default I'm speaking many of quality an quantity of items, not customer service...>>>

although they shipped in a timely manner my sway bar in about 3 days. I've heard others had good experiences as well.

Default i suppose it all depends...although i like when a company gives you tracking info on your

shipment...whereas TTstuff does not...at least on my recent order.
