In some ways, yes, they are. But I don't think they'll work with your Phatnoise...
Basically, at least the way that it used to be, Blau's connections were identical to VAG cars'. So that made it easy to swap 'em in and out.
That said, the CD changer connections, and I assume the Phantoise ones, aren't the same.
