So I replaced my Sway bar link arm in the front & the bushings and bearings and still have a noise i guess onto just getting a new bar.

but these codes: im stuck in limp (5psi) after installing wayne's o2 sensor block. all it is, is an L shapped piece that seperates the secondary o2 sensor from the car.

I ran vagcom before & after. Codes are below..
as well as i checked block 118 & 115 and my cmd pressure was 1000mbar and my press @ intercooler was 130mbar. thats a big leak it sounds like. so i checked all hoses. ran a pressure test. no results.

any help please!!

Why did you put an O2 sensor spacer in?

This device claims to remove it. A lot of VW owners use Wayne's spacer and 42draftdesigns.com recomends it for test pipe use in their faq. I'm guessing I should just go take it off and live with the CEL.

I have a CEL because I don't have cats.

 

I have no idea what "Wayne's Spacer" is, but I suspect it's the same spark plug extenders you can buy at Autozone for a few bucks. TTinCT was having the same problem with his 100 Cell Cats and he needed to piggyback 2 sets to broom the CEL..

 

I'm running Wayne's spacer as well but still have issues to work out. I'm running a 250cell CAT and I think the spacer is too much now because I'm getting a "no activity" CEL from the rear O2. I'll probably try the spark plug arrestor trick to see if I Can find a happy medium.

Here's a picture of the spacer which I'm sure there may be some interest in with the upcoming release of the 42DD downpipe/testpipe.
