Default York, PA GTG did not go as planned today...

Toeday at York, PA Dan (Serenitty), Evan (eas ttq), Cole (SmashedTT){jk} and Ryan(KingTT) and I met at my place and chatted for a while. WE then went for drive and just about the time we were going to park Ryan must of looked away for one second and hit Cole's car in the back and then Ryan hit a telephone pole, deploying his airbags. Everyone was okay, Ryan got some scratches on his wrist and Cole's head might of rang for a bit, nothing a couple of beers and advil cant fix. So, then the flatbed took ryans car to his house because his front end was hit pretty hard and coolant was leaking, plus the airbags fired. The pole was cracked and will have to be replaced. We were speeding a little before but we slowed it down for before we were about to park, so speed was not a factor in this accident. King was pretty upset, which was understand able but Cole was not and acted like a complete gentlemen. I am and was very impressed how well he handled the sistuation and thank him for it. The fact that king's and Cole's car are damaged is obviously a shame but I am glad that we had the GTG so I could met Evan, Dan amd Cole for the first time. They were all great guys and I hope one day we can do this again with out our bumper cars.

I would also like to say that if it wasnt for Cole's driving skill I would of been in that accident as well. Thank you Cole. Dan and Evan are also very good drivers seeing that they avoided being in an accident. This could of easily ended with 5 TTs in the shot. Thanks guys.

P.S.

Thanks for coming down.

When things get settled, maybe we can try again and I'll make it there too. Good luck with the repairs and just thank God no one was hurt.

Default That poor telephone pole :-) >>

Thanks again to Adam (polishadonis) for hosting the gtg yesterday. I'm glad I made the trip down there. It sucks what happened but luckily no one was hurt except for the poor telephone pole. I did find one positive thing that could be found from everything, and that is what a good bunch of guys everyone is (and funny enough that includes the cop that came to the scene). It was great meeting everyone and I hope to see you all again. It shows that audiworld is more than just getting some information about your car.
